Skilled Nursing Facility Physical Therapist position in Boulder, Colorado. Anticipated start date: ASAP. Anticipated duration: 13 weeks. Anticipated schedule: Days. 40 hours per week, 8‑hour shifts, travel employment.
Responsibilities
- Evaluating patients’ condition(s)
- Developing individual treatment plans
- Assisting patients in getting better day by day
- Instructing patients how to properly use exercise techniques
- Providing stimulation or massage
- Maintaining patients’ records
Requirements

Qualifications
- Graduate of Physical Therapy from an accredited school
- Physical Therapist license / licensure in the state of practice
- Current BLS certification
