About the role
Focus Staff is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract starting July 13, 2026, in Birmingham, Alabama.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a PT setting.
- Valid AL License.
- BLS Certification.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current licensure in the state of Alabama.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in computer software used in healthcare settings.
