Travel Physical Therapist - $1,616 per week

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for an immediate opening in Englewood, New Jersey. The assignment is for 13 weeks, 32 hours per week, 8‑hour day shifts. Responsibilities

• Oversee supervising PTAs, support staff (therapy technicians)
• Bill within the respective setting, following guidelines within settings for facility
• Understand the respective PT board's rules and regulations, complying within respective state
• Interface with Medical Center personnel and physicians to ensure team-focused plan of care
• Understand adaptive equipment
• Evaluate and create a plan of care
• Modify plan of care as indicated based on patient's condition
• Use Medical Center computer systems in performance of daily tasks
• Provide timely and accurate documentation following state and/or insurance guidelines

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience (new graduates encouraged); 1 year preferred, with exceptional candidates possibly accepted with 6 months.
• Current BLS certification.
• State‑specific Physical Therapist license.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and to bend, lean, or stoop without difficulty.
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• BLS, 2 Years (additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment).

Pay

Pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 32.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
