Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) assignment in Houma, Louisiana. As a traveling Physical Therapist, you'll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is required to start the assignment
- BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC
Assignment details
- 13-week assignment
- Floating required between two skilled nursing facilities located about 30 minutes apart
- Expected schedule includes 3 days at one location and 2 days at another location
- Start Date: 08/24/2026
- 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts
