Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 27-week assignment starting on August 17, 2026, in Penn Yan, New York.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in need
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed
Requirements
- Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of New York
- Experience in acute care settings preferred
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Pay
The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 24 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
