Slate Healthcare is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 10, 2026, in Chewelah, Washington.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs
- Develop treatment plans
- Implement therapies to help patients regain mobility and strength
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Ensure quality care and positive patient outcomes
- Work closely with patients in acute care settings
- Flexibility in scheduling
- Opportunity to float between facilities
Requirements
- 2 References covering 1 year (6 months for CNA's) within the last 3 years
- Charting System Experience: Required
- Valid WA or Compact RN license (required at time of submission)
- Valid Allied license in hand
- Minimum Experience Required: 1 year
Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 24 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
