Travel Physical Therapist - $2,238 per week

About the role

Sought for an acute rehabilitation setting, the Physical Therapist will conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy interventions to enhance patient recovery and improve functional outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct patient care and therapy interventions.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.

Requirements

• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• PREFERRED: Experience in inpatient rehabilitation facilities (IRF), acute care, or skilled nursing facilities (SNF).

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, day shift from 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM, with every 4th weekend required.
