Job Summary

Aya Healthcare has an immediate opening for a Pharmacist Inpatient position in Chesapeake, VA. This role offers a pay range of $3250.00 to $3442.80 weekly for a 13-week assignment. Shifts are available as Days from 06:30 - 15:00 or 19:30 - 07:30, with an option for alternate schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication therapy management services
• Administer medications according to physician orders
• Document patient care accurately in the charting system
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient care

Requirements

• Current Virginia State Pharmacist License
• One year of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Epic charting system

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy
• Passing score on the NCLEX-RN exam
