About the role
Care Team Solutions is seeking a travel Pharmacist for a 13-week assignment starting ASAP in Chesapeake, Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Provide pharmaceutical care to patients in an inpatient setting.
- Adhere to all regulatory standards and guidelines.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient care quality.
- Manage medication inventory and distribution.
- Participate in ongoing professional development activities.
Requirements
- Must have 2+ years of recent pharmacy experience.
- License to practice pharmacy in the state of Virginia.
- Current DEA registration.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Graduation from an accredited pharmacy school.
- Passing score on the North American Pharmacist Licensure Examination (NAPLEX).
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR).

Pay
