This role includes compounding and dispensing medications according to established pharmacy policies and supervising pharmacy technicians in medication preparation. Job Details Position Description: The Pharmacist reviews prescriptions, obtains clarifications, and analyzes drug therapy. Responsible for compounding and dispensing medications following the organizations pharmacy policies. Supervises pharmacy technicians involved in medication preparation. Required Qualifications: Illinois State Pharmacist License, American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire, BS Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, minimum of 3 years experience in retail pharmacy, and active Illinois license or confirmation that the application process has been initiated. Schedule: 12-hour shift, 36 hours per week, primarily Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, with possible rotation to include Saturday 9 am to 5 pm. Additional Information: 16 hours per week. Position begins on 11/09/2026 and ends on 12/21/2026. No additional clinical responsibilities or operational details apply.
