Travel Pharmacist position in Portland, Oregon. 13-week assignment, 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts. Employment type: Travel. Start date: ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Manage medication therapy and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Verify prescriptions
• Counsel patients
• Oversee pharmacy technicians
• Cover variable shifts and weekends as needed

Requirements

• Graduate of school of pharmacy (Required)
• One year hospital pharmacy experience (Required)
• Two years technical experience (Preferred)
• Two years experience as a clinical pharmacist specializing in a regulatory area (Preferred)
• Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
• Epic experience (Preferred)

Pay
