Requirements
- Hospital pharmacy experience > 2 years
- Virginia State Pharmacist license (required)
Skills
- Complex patient populations: Trauma/Burn/Critical care, pediatrics, cardiac surgery, ECMO
- Dose Edge IV experience
- Pyxis experience
- Meditech experience
- Vigilanz experience
- Advanced clinical dosing: Vancomycin AUC, Aminoglycoside, Renal dosing, Warfarin, Enoxaparin, Electrolyte protocols, Heparin, DOAC
- Procedures: IV verification, Medication verification, IV compounding as needed
