About the role
Care Team Solutions is seeking a travel Pharmacist for a 13-week assignment starting ASAP in Coquille, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Provide pharmaceutical care services to patients under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist with patient education regarding medication use and side effects.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions and treatments.
Requirements
- Current Registered Pharmacist license in good standing.
- At least 2+ years of recent pharmacy experience.
- Experience in the specialty area preferred.
Qualifications
- Passionate about providing quality patient care.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills.
Skills
- Proficient in electronic health records (EHR).
