Responsibilities

• Dispense medications according to physician orders and state and federal laws.
• Assist physicians with patient care and provide medication education.
• Monitor patients' responses to medications and report any adverse reactions.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure patient care continuity.

Requirements

• Current California Pharmacist License.
• At least one year of recent relevant experience.
• Knowledge of pharmacy practices and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited pharmacy program.
• Passing scores on the North American Pharmacy Licensure Examination (NAPLEX).

Skills

• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
