Responsibilities

• Monitoring drug charts
• Monitoring drug supply
• Informing patients
• Choosing medications

Qualifications

• Current Oregon Pharmacist License
• At least 1 year of prior Acute-Hospital based Pharmacy experience

Pay

$2,628 – $2,817 per week (based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week, subject to confirmation; tax-free stipend amount to be determined)

Schedule

• 8-hour shifts, days and nights
• 40 hours per week
• 13-week contract with possibility to extend
• Start date: ASAP
