Responsibilities

• Monitoring drug charts
• Monitoring drug supply
• Informing patients
• Choosing medications

Requirements

• Current Oregon Pharmacist License
• At least 1 year of prior Acute-Hospital based Pharmacy experience

Pay

$2,628 – $2,817 per week (estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals; compensation depends on qualifications and experience).

Schedule

• 10-hour shifts, days and nights
• 40 hours per week
• AM shift available
• 13-week contract with possibility to extend
• Start date: ASAP
