Travel Pharmacist - $2,299 per week

Travel contract in Hudson, WI — 13 weeks, 40 hours/week, 8‑hour day shifts. ASAP start with possibility to extend.

Responsibilities

• Medication preparation and dispensing
• Review and interpret medication orders for accuracy and safety
• Monitor patient medication therapy and adjust as needed
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Support pharmacy operations and workflow as needed

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license in the state of Wisconsin
• PharmD or BS Pharmacy degree required
• 1+ year of previous experience in Home Health or Hospice pharmacy setting
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail

Pay

$2,126 – $2,299 per week (estimated; may include taxable wages and tax‑free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals — speak with a recruiter for details).

Schedule

AM shift, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
