Requirements

• More than 2 years of hospital pharmacy experience
• DoseEdge IV experience
• Pyxis experience
• Meditech experience
• Vigilanz experience
• Experience with complex, high‑acuity patient populations: Trauma, Burn, Critical Care, Pediatrics, Cardiac Surgery, ECMO
• Advanced Clinical Skills:
  • Vancomycin AUC dosing
  • Aminoglycoside dosing
  • Renal dosing
  • Warfarin management
  • Enoxaparin dosing
  • Electrolyte protocols
  • Heparin management
  • DOAC management

Responsibilities

• IV verification
• Medication verification
• IV compounding as needed
