Travel Pharmacist - $2,205 per week

About the role

Care Team Solutions is seeking a travel Pharmacist for a 13-week assignment starting July 20, 2026 in Orange Park, Florida. The position is 40 hours per week, 10-hour days.

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmaceutical care to patients under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
• Administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
• Assist with patient education regarding medication use.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions and treatments.

Requirements

• Current Florida Pharmacy License.
• At least 2+ years of recent pharmacy experience.
• Knowledge of current pharmacological principles and practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication skills to interact with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited pharmacy school.
• Passing scores on relevant licensing exams.
• Comprehensive understanding of pharmacology and drug therapy.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR).

Skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
