Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist position in Morgantown, West Virginia. Start date: October 12, 2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Employment type: Travel. 36 hours per week, 12‑hour night shifts. MedPro Healthcare Staffing is a Joint Commission‑certified agency that places nursing and allied travelers in top healthcare facilities nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, and care for patients with breathing or other cardiopulmonary disorders.
• Provide respiratory care per physician orders and established policies.
• Participate in development and/or implementation of patient care plans.
• Assure compliance with federal, state, and local technical and professional regulations and accepted practice guidelines.
• Maintain and promote good customer relations; communicate professionally with management, coworkers, facility staff, patients, families, and other caretakers.
• Provide instruction to patients and caretakers on therapy methods and objectives.
• Prepare and update patient records accurately and legibly.

Requirements

• Respiratory Therapist credential by the NBRC.
• CPR certification required.
• Eighteen months of respiratory care experience preferred, preferably in a critical care setting.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined. Weekly payment estimates are provided for informational purposes only.
