Requirements

• Current resume
• Current, unrestricted state licensure
• At least one (1) year of recent acute care experience in pediatric speech language pathology
• Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications
• Two (2) current clinical references
• Physical examination (within 12 months)
• TB skin test (within 12 months)
• Titers: MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella
• Respiratory fit test (within 12 months)
• Current Tdap and flu vaccinations
• Must pass pre-employment background check and urine drug screening

Pay

• Estimated total gross weekly pay: $2,462.40
• Estimated taxable gross weekly pay: $648.00
• Estimated non-taxable gross weekly pay: $1,814.40
• Travel pay included in first paycheck
• Extending contract bonus available

• Pay package based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation); tax-free stipend amount to be determined
