American Traveler is seeking a Pediatric Respiratory Therapist for a travel assignment at a children's hospital in Columbus, Ohio. The role involves day‑shift work (3×12‑hour shifts, 7:00 AM–7:30 PM) providing pediatric respiratory care, floating to different units as needed, and working as part of a pediatric respiratory care team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pediatric respiratory therapy services in a children's hospital setting.
• Float to various units as required by the assignment.
• Collaborate with the pediatric respiratory care team and other clinical staff.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and state licensure requirements.

Requirements

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
• Ohio state RRT license (if applicable).
• Approximately 2 years of pediatric respiratory therapy experience preferred.
• Two supervisory references required (charge nurse references count as only one).
• Previous permanent employees of the facility must not have worked there within the last 2 years to be eligible as a returning traveler.
• Local candidates must reside within a 60‑mile radius of the assignment site.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
