Travel Pediatric Respiratory Therapist - $2,405 per week

About the role

Respiratory Therapist (RT) Pediatric (PEDS) position at a Level III Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The role supports geriatric, adult, and pediatric patients with a focus on vent management and assisting providers with airway procedures to promote optimal patient outcomes.

Schedule

• Nights, 12-hour shifts
• Minimum 36 hours per week
• Weekend rotation required every other weekend
• No on-call requirement
• Holiday duties assigned as needed
• Orientation includes at least one shift to learn workflow

Requirements

• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• Valid respiratory therapy license
• 1 year of experience preferred
• Must be eligible to start 11/16/2026 and available through 02/13/2027

Responsibilities

• Vent management
• CPAP and BiPap administration
• Nebulizer treatments
• Arterial line placement
• Assisting with intubations
• Vent weaning and extubation
• ABG analysis

Pay

Pay package based on 12-hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
