About the role

Travel Pediatric Physical Therapist responsible for evaluating, developing, and implementing plans of care for diverse patient populations in an acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise PTAs and support staff
• Bill within facility guidelines
• Ensure compliance with state PT regulations
• Collaborate with medical personnel to create and modify treatment plans
• Assess adaptive equipment needs
• Document accurately per guidelines
• Utilize medical computer systems

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of experience (new graduates encouraged)
• BLS certification
• State-specific license

Skills

• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lean for extended periods

Requirements

• May need additional certifications prior to start
