Travel Pediatric OR RN - $2,000 per week

About the role

You will assist with preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care, using electronic medical record systems to document and coordinate patient care. You will provide surgical care to pediatric patients in a collaborative, family‑focused environment at Driscoll Children's Hospital in Corpus Christi, TX.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preoperative patient preparation
• Assist with intraoperative procedures
• Assist with postoperative care and recovery
• Document and coordinate patient care using EMR systems
• Collaborate with the surgical team in a family‑focused setting

Requirements

• Valid Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Recent operating room experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Qualifications

• Pediatric OR experience
• Experience in multiple surgery types (dental, neuro, cardiac, etc.)
• Minimum of one assignment as a General RN (compact accepted)
• At least one professional reference

Pay

$1950.00 – $2050.00 per week (based on 8‑hour shifts, 40 hours/week)

Schedule

13‑week assignment, 40 hours per week, 8‑hour day shifts.
