Requirements

• Illinois state occupational therapy license
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association

Schedule

• Start date: October 5, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks (travel assignment)
• 40 hours per week, 8‑hour day shifts
• Typical shift: Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (negotiable)
