Travel Pediatric ICU Registered Nurse - $2,233 per week
About the role
PICU unit in greater Phoenix area is looking for an experienced travel RN to help fill a staffing vacancy. They are a Medical PICU, 12 bed unit, no open heart. Ratios are 2:1 or 4:1 if there is a medical assignment.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols
- Assess patients’ needs and develop individualized care plans
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and timely
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Perform diagnostic tests and monitor patient vital signs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Ensure compliance with infection control practices
- Participate in ongoing education and training related to PICU care
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current Arizona RN license
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in pediatric intensive care preferred

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
