About the role
The position involves delivering direct patient care using the nursing process within a critical care setting.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care using the nursing process
- Work in a critical care environment
- Adhere to workplace conditions including frequent lifting, bending, and reaching up to 80 pounds, standing and walking for 2-5 hours at a time, and potential exposure to chemicals, radiation, infectious diseases, waste, and bloodborne pathogens
Requirements
- Graduate of an RN program
- Previous work experience as an RN
- Current unrestricted RN license in the state of Oklahoma
Qualifications
- Must be licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of Oklahoma
Skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
