We’re currently looking for a Pediatric Critical Care Float Pool Registered Nurse for a Hospital contract in Charlottesville, VA.

Responsibilities

• Float to various pediatric units including PICU, NICU, peds medsurg, peds PACU, peds ED boarders, and postpartum/mother-baby.
• Provide high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients on different units.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and education.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and float pool requirements.
• Demonstrate ability to adapt to various pediatric care settings efficiently.

Requirements

• BLS, NRP, ACLS, PALS certifications
• 2 years PICU experience required
• Dr. Brown’s Infant Driven Feeding Certification required
• Must adhere to UVA’s float policy
• Must have Epic experience
• VA license pending

Pay

Pay Range: $2,216.52 - $2,327.35
