About the role
LanceSoft is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting August 17, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Assist physicians during pediatric and adult cardiac catheterization procedures.
- Operate fluoroscopy and ultrasound imaging equipment.
- Prepare patients, equipment, and sterile supplies before procedures.
- Scrub in and maintain a sterile field during interventions.
- Auxiliary in stent, balloon, PCI, PTCA, heart catheterizations, and other cath lab procedures.
- Maintain vigilance for life-threatening cardiac arrhythmias.
- Operate contrast injectors and obtain diagnostic images.
- Troubleshoot and maintain cath lab equipment.
- Participate in on-call coverage and work independently when on call.
- Cross-train in EP Lab, Hybrid OR, or related procedural areas.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab/Radiology experience.
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
- ARRT (R) Oregon Radiologic Technologist License (or license application submitted).
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (AHA only; RQI not accepted).
- Epic EMR experience required.
- Pediatric Cath Lab experience preferred.
- RCIS/RCES certification preferred.
