Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Cardiac Sonographer for a 21-week assignment starting November 17, 2026, in Bangor, Maine.

Responsibilities

• Perform cardiac sonography procedures under the supervision of a physician
• Assist in the interpretation of diagnostic images
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality

Requirements

• Current state-issued sonography license
• Completion of an accredited sonography program
• Experience in cardiac sonography preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited sonography program
