About the role
We are seeking a skilled Stepdown RN to provide specialized care for patients transitioning from intensive care to medical-surgical units.
Responsibilities
- Monitor cardiac rhythms
- Administer medications
- Assist with cardiac procedures
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, patient-centered care
- Assess complex patient needs
- Manage telemetry data
- Respond to cardiac emergencies
Requirements
- At least one year of recent experience as an RN
- Valid RN license
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include PCCN and NIHSS certifications.
