Travel Stepdown RN Role And Responsibilities Provides specialized care to patients transitioning from intensive care to medical-surgical units, including monitoring cardiac rhythms, administering medications, preparing equipment, and collaborating with healthcare teams. Responsible for assessing patient conditions, responding to emergencies, documenting health data, and educating patients on cardiac health. Ensures safety, infection control, and adherence to regulatory standards. Performs additional duties within scope of practice, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
