Responsibilities include monitoring cardiac rhythms, administering medications, assisting with procedures, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, patient-centered care. Requires evaluating patient conditions, managing complex needs, and educating patients on cardiac health. Must have at least one year of recent experience, valid RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications. Critical thinking, excellent communication, physical stamina, and technical skills are essential. Knowledge of telemetry, ability to respond to emergencies, and adherence to safety protocols are required.
