Travel Stepdown RN Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in a facility in Sun City West, AZ. Responsibilities: Provide care to patients transitioning from intensive care, monitor cardiac rhythms, administer medications, assist with cardiac procedures, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient safety. Document patient conditions, respond to emergencies, educate patients on cardiac health, and adhere to safety protocols. Qualifications: One year of recent stepdown experience, valid RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications. Preferred certifications include PCCN and NIHSS. Skills: Critical thinking, excellent communication, physical ability to perform tasks, and ability to work under pressure. Must demonstrate professionalism, technical proficiency, and sensory acuity.
