A skilled Stepdown RN is needed to provide specialized care for patients transitioning from intensive care to medical-surgical units.
Responsibilities
- Monitor cardiac rhythms
- Administer medications
- Assist with cardiac procedures
- Document patient status
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, patient-centered care
Requirements
- At least one year of recent experience as a Stepdown RN
- Valid RN license
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Qualifications (Preferred)
- PCCN certification
- NIHSS certification
