Travel PCU/Stepdown RN - $2,250 per week

Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a PCU/Stepdown RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Lawrence, Kansas, starting August 2, 2026.

About the role

This position is in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) with a 12-hour night shift and a total of 36 hours per week. The assignment duration is 13 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in a PCU/Stepdown unit.
• Manage patients requiring telemetry, intermediate care, and critical care support.
• Experience with ventilators and titration drips is preferred.

Requirements

• Active Kansas RN license.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (must be in hand at time of application).
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in Telemetry/Intermediate Care Unit (IMC) at a large facility.
• Critical Care experience.
• Preferred experience: ICO, Med/Surg.

Pay

Estimated weekly pay includes projected hourly wages and weekly meal and lodging per diems for eligible clinicians based on nationally published GSA rates. Actual weekly pay and per diems may differ and are subject to change during the assignment.

Schedule
