Travel PCU RN - $2,236 per week

About the role

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) position in Roseburg, Oregon. Start date 10/26/2026, 13‑week assignment, 36 hours per week, 12‑hour night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient needs, signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition
• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
• Documents the patient's plan of care using identified nursing diagnoses, expected patient outcomes, and selected nursing interventions.
• Initiates and evaluates patient and/or family education.
• Revises and documents the plan of care according to evaluation, changes in medical plan of care, and effective/ineffective nursing interventions.

Requirements

• Active RN license
• Degree from an accredited nursing program
• BLS certification
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an acute care PCU/step‑down setting
• Other requirements to be determined by the client facility

Pay

Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined. Weekly payment estimates include a gross estimate of hourly wages and reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing.
