Travel PCU RN - $1,967 per week

About the Role

Travel Float Pool RN job at an 853-bed Magnet-recognized Level I trauma center and comprehensive stroke center in Asheville, NC. You will rotate through multiple units, caring for diverse patient populations and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide progressive care nursing in a float pool capacity across multiple units
• Deliver patient care in PCU, step-down, and telemetry settings
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team members
• Utilize Cerner electronic medical record (EMR) system
• Work 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina or compact state
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute care hospital experience
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• Social Security Number required
• Date of Birth required
• Work history should not have more than 90 days of gap in the last year

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Cerner electronic medical record (EMR) systems
• Strong adaptability skills

Schedule

• 12-hour night shifts
• 36 hours per week (or 48 hours per week, RN's choice)
• 12-week duration
• Start date: ASAP (available shift date: 9/7/2026)

Pay

• Pay rate: $1,917.00 – $2,016.00 per week
• Tax-free stipend amount to be determined
