Unit Specific Details
- Unit Size: 33 beds
- Ratios: 1:4-5 on days and 1:5-6 on nights, acuity dependent
- Patient Population: Cardiac Telemetry, Vascular and Med-Surg. Some Post Cath, Post Pacemakers
- Lines/Drains/Devices: PICC's, dialysis catheter's, PEG tubes, ostomies, foley's, chest tubes, NG tubes, tube feeding (Kangaroo pumps), wound vacs
- Airway: Trachs, BiPAP, CPAP, Heated High Flow, High Flow, Nasal cannulas. No ventilators
- Drips: Cardizem, Amio, Dobutamine, Dopamine, Lasix, Heparin, and Insulin
- PCA pumps for pain management
- Ancillary Staff: 1-3 PCA's and unit secretary depending on census and availability. Phlebotomy available for lab draws
- Scrubs: Navy blue scrubs
- Other: Nurses are required to read/verify telemetry strips once a shift in EPIC
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse, PCU
- Experience: 2 years
- Licenses: RN (Compact Accepted) (Copy needed)
- Certifications: ACLS; CERT-NIH Stroke Scale
- SSN Required
- DOB Required

Pay
- Pay Rate: $1890.00 - $2007.00
