We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Unit in Asheville, NC. In this role, you will deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, handling a variety of cardiac-related cases. Our nursing team is committed to providing positive patient experiences and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient status and vital signs, ensuring timely intervention when necessary.
• Administer medications and therapies in accordance with established protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and post-discharge care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to safety standards.

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of North Carolina.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Previous experience in a cardiac or telemetry unit is preferred.
• Charge experience is a plus.

Schedule

• 13-week contract position.
• 36 hours per week.
• Shift: 12 hours, nights (18:45 - 19:15).
