About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Rapid City, South Dakota.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients in a progressive care unit setting.
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans accordingly.
- Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.
- Perform routine patient care tasks such as administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing.
- Experience in progressive care units preferred but not required.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including 12-hour shifts, and 48 hours per week.
- Willingness to travel to various locations within the United States.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current BLS certification.
- Passing score on the NCLEX-RN exam.

Pay
The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 48 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Shifts are 12 hours long, flexible, and occur 5 days a week.
