About the role
The role is for a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit in Cape May Court House, New Jersey.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including cardiac drips.
- Utilize EPIC for documentation and care planning.
- Maintain vigilance over patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in status.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to enhance patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Current NJ-RN License (Registered Nurse).
- American Heart Association BLS Certification.
- ACLS Certification from the American Heart Association.
- NIHSS Certification.
- 3 years of recent experience as a PCU RN in a busy Level 1 Trauma facility.
- Experience with cardiac drips is essential.
Qualifications
- Strong cardiac drip experience.
- Available to float to similar units as required.
Skills
- Proficiency with the EPIC electronic health record system.

Pay
The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
