Job Notes

- Chemo certificate preferred, but not required.

- Minimum of 1 year of experience required.

- Charge nurse experience required, minimum 1 year.

- BLS and ACLS certifications required.

- Required certifications: ACLS, BLS (AHA), ONS/ONCC (preferable for chemotherapy).

- Oncology and PCU experience preferred.

- Work experience with EPIC within the last 6 months is noted but not mandatory.

- Driver's license is required for submission to verify the 50-mile radius rule.

- Artificial nails are prohibited in all departments that provide patient care.

- Willingness to float to med/surg and PCU units.

- Qualities sought: Genuine need to care for patients, willingness to work with a positive attitude, and teamwork abilities.

- Additional competencies: Capable of ventilator use, hemodynamic monitoring (CVP, Aline, Swan, EV-1000), and ICP training is provided in real-time.

- BSN is not required.

- Candidates must not be full-time, part-time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.
