Travel PCU Float RN - $2,040 per week

Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a PCU/Stepdown RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Wichita Falls, Texas, starting on August 24, 2026.

About the role

This position is for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) travel nurse role. The assignment lasts 13 weeks with a start date of August 24, 2026. The shift is 12 hours, nights, with a total of 36 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in a PCU/Stepdown unit
• Manage patients requiring telemetry and progressive care
• Handle ER holding, MS/Tele, and other related skills as needed

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in PCU/Stepdown strongly preferred
• Travel experience preferred
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• NIHSS certification required with submission
• Nursys certification
• Active nursing license in-hand before start date
• EPIC experience preferred

Pay

Estimated weekly pay includes projected hourly wages and weekly meal and lodging per diems for eligible clinicians based on nationally published GSA rates. Actual weekly pay and per diems may differ from the amount shown and may be subject to change during an assignment.
