This position involves working night shifts and may require floating to various locations within the region. Job Responsibilities Deliver exceptional nursing care in the PCU environment. Perform essential nursing duties, including IV starts and telemetry monitoring. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Maintain accurate patient records utilizing EPIC software. Adhere to all safety and quality standards in patient care. Participate in ongoing education and professional development activities. Qualifications Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a critical care or PCU setting. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required. Experience with IV starts and telemetry is essential. Familiarity with EPIC electronic health records is required. Schedule This position requires 36 hours per week, primarily on night shifts, with possible weekend rotations. Flexibility to float to other units or locations is required.
