Meda Health is seeking a travel Pathology Assistant for a position in Edison, New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine laboratory procedures under the supervision of a licensed medical professional.
• Prepare specimens for examination and ensure proper storage and handling.
• Assist in the processing and interpretation of pathology tests.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of patient records and reports.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a recognized allied health program in pathology assistant.
• Current certification as a Pathology Assistant from a recognized organization.
• Experience in a clinical laboratory setting preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills

• Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software.
• Knowledge of pathology techniques and procedures.
