Travel Pathologists' Assistant - $1,419 per week

About the role

CT Assist is seeking a travel Pathologists' Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting on August 26, 2026, in Tampa, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Performing frozen sections and handling complex specimens
• Working with pediatric patients as needed
• Assisting pathologists in the examination and interpretation of specimens

Requirements

• ASCP certification
• 2+ years of experience preferred

Qualifications

• Florida certification by The Joint Commission

Skills

• Knowledge of pathology techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
