Shift

  • 12 hours, evenings
  • 4x10's or 2x10's or 2x8's. Mostly evenings 9:00am -7:30pm, 10:00am - 8:30pm, 2:00pm-12:30pm and 8:00am to 6:30pm.

Brief Unit Description

Level III Trauma OR; complex community setting.

Years of Experience Required

  • 2 years working in one location;
  • and 2 years working as a Traveler.

Skill Sets Required

  • Basic aseptic technique,
  • circulating independently,
  • multispecialty competence.
  • Experience with Mako and Davinci systems.

Clinician to Patient Ratio

  • 1:1.

Population

  • Pediatric,
  • Adult & Geriatric.

Bed Count

  • 15.

Census

  • approximately 30 - 40 patients per day.

EMR (Charting System)

  • EPIC.

Floating Required

  • No.

Rotating Shifts Required

  • Yes.

Day Rotate

  • Rotation to 2-3 Eves per 4-week schedule.

Weekend Rotation

  • Rotation to 1-2 shifts per 4-week schedule.

Call Requirement

  • 1 Holiday Call.
  • 2-3 Weekday calls per 4-week schedule.
  • 1-2 Weekends per 4-week schedule.

Additional Information

  • BHRS & tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
