Travel PACU RN - $2,225 per week

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN for a Post Anesthesia Care (PACU) position in Weirton, West Virginia.

About the Role

This is a travel nursing opportunity in a hospital setting. The contract length is 13 weeks with 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts.

Pay

$2,354.40 - $2,472.12 per week.

Schedule

7:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday (9-hour shifts).

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of PACU experience
• Experience with managing a ventilator (vent)

Responsibilities

• Conduct postoperative assessments and monitor recovery in the PACU
• Provide pain management and implement recovery protocols
• Educate patients and families on postoperative care instructions, medications, and follow-up appointments
• Read and interpret telemetry strips as needed
• Support patient care with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:1-2
